My buddy at work introduced me to this video of Bas Rutten (a world champ Ultimate Fighter, as I learned) demonstrating self-defense moves. The tactics seem useful, and Rutten’s clearly a badass, but the commentary takes the cake! Check out the video with sound on to hear his explanation of the moves. Wouldn’t want to mess with this guy…
